An uneventful day is a good day! We traveled in gorgeous sunshine through the rest of Illinois, and the windmills continued to be a fascination. As we traveled into Wisconsin, AKA the Cheese State, we expected to see plenty of cows. Apparently, the cows are all down in Atlanta on the Chick-Fil-A billboards, because we saw far more cornfields than cattle. Rob continues to be an excellent driver, while MeMe enjoys all the scenery.
We arrived safely in Alma Center, Wisconsin. Our KOA Campground is beautifully landscaped!
Rob and I enjoyed a lovely swim in the heated pool before returning to our camper for dinner!
