Houston, we have no problem!
We spent beautiful, sunny, relaxing days with Barb and Frank Tricomi at their lovely new home in The Woodlands, a suburb of Houston, Texas. Barb and I walked every day along the gorgeous trails of their subdivision. We shopped for fabric to complete her quilt, then sewed and sewed! The guys relaxed and read, which made them happy. Rob spent many happy moments with Louie.
Of course, how could Barb and I get together without some authentic shopping (fabric shopping doesn't count) at a nearby mall. The guys joined us for a delicious lunch at Brio. Naturally, Lana did find a pair of divine shoes at Nordstrom.
On Saturday evening, we celebrated Barb and Frank's anniversary at an amazing Italian restaurant in The Woodlands, Via Emilia. OMG!!!! The food was superb! Everyone argued that his/her dish was the best.
Sunday was spent shopping with Cathy, Barb's sister-in-law, in an adorable little town, which reminded me of Mr. Dora. Thank you to Barb's brother and sister-in-law, Craig and Cathy, for a fabulous dinner.
